Period-like cramps?

Have had fairly constant period like cramps with a few Braxton Hicks and slight backache for the last day or so. Anyone know what this means? Normal? Thanks

Yes I’ve been having them since yesterday finally went to triage and got sent home with just a irritable uterus. They tried to give me meds to stop contractions but it didn’t work.
