Hey ladies, can I get some dating advice?

So last Saturday I went on a date with this really cool guy that I met on Bumble (a dating app). When I saw his pictures I remembered that he went to my high school in grade 9 and 10 and it’s so funny because I knew about him but we had never talked before. So on the dating app we hit it off really well. The conversation was going amazing and everything just flowed perfectly. I couldn’t help but want to meet him in person a day or 2 after chatting and he agreed, saying he wanted to ask me but I beat him to it lol. So we meet later on at night because I was pretty busy that day (I had a birthday dinner to go to) at Moxie’s around 12 am for some drinks. Honestly girls this date was the best I’d ever been on. The chemistry was a 9/10, we laughed so much, enjoyed each other’s company and even confessed that both of us were nervous. Idk this guy just got me. So 2 am rolls around and the restaurant starts to close, and I’m thinking in my head “damn this guy is so cool I don’t want this date to end” so I tell him I’m in no rush to get home (we both drove our cars there) and he says he isn’t either. For the past 10 minutes he is literally looking on his phone trying to figure out what we can go out and do, but unfortunately since it was so late there was nothing open. We honestly just hung out in my car chatting in front of the restaurant for 2 hours. At the end of the date I wanted him to kiss me so bad but he didn’t. I don’t know if he was just nervous or something but he didn’t go in for the kiss, even though the chemistry was there. Anyways on Sunday and Monday we texted back and forth pretty frequently. He’s always engaged when texting and I really like that. We’ve kind of made plans for a 2nd date too, August 3rd I think the long weekend is when he hinted he’d like to see me again. Idk we’re both busy with work and stuff. But he hasn’t texted me at all on Tuesday night and Wednesday, and now it’s Thursday and I’m wondering what’s wrong with him. I was the last one to send a text but the conversation kind of ended from what I said. Anyways, should I text him tomorrow? Like Good Morning? Is he testing to see if I’m interested in him and will reach out? I hate playing these games and just want to be with someone that wants me. Do you think he’s turned off? Or just seeing someone else? I’m honestly so confused right now, this guy was so genuine I really thought something good could of happened between us.
