Would you be upset if you found out your mom took out a life insurance policy on your child without telling you? My son is almost 6 and my mom just now let it slip out that she took a policy out on him when he was born. It made me furious and I asked her why she didn’t tell me, her answer was “I don’t tel everybody everything I do” I told her that you can’t just go around taking out policies on other people’s kids and she said “that’s my grand baby”

Please tell me if I’m being dramatic in being mad. I’m literally fuming bc me and my mom aren’t really even close. I just lived with her for a couple months when I had my son then got my own place. We’ve had issues a lot. When I was in college she stole my student loans from my bank account and gambled them away so I feel like this is just her way of trying to get money if he passes away and it makes me sick. She’s always trying to over step her boundaries. I have policies on all of my kids
