Just a reminder for those like me, who hate talking on the phone but sometimes need a little help. You can text 741-741 at anytime if you ever find yourself in a horrible breakdown like I did not so long ago. They really help! For the first time in my life, I felt like my feelings were valid. I never thought something like that could help me, now I just regret waiting so long to use it.
