I need help!

I started recently having thick white discharge, which is normal because I was ovulating and didn’t think anything of it. However, since that day it’s continued, and I’m worried it may be a yeast infection. That day I also became sexually active, I didn’t have sex and I can’t be pregnant and yesterday I got my period so I’m not worried about being pregnant, I just don’t know whether it’s just because I’m sexually active or whether I could have a yeast infection?

Also, important thing I feel should add, when I inspected my first tampon last night the clunky white discharge was also on the tampon a lot which concerned me?

Please help me I’m really worried
