My ex-sponsor and friend is going through something with her 14 year old daughter.. She is a straight-A student, participates in like 4 different sports each year, and she volunteers at the animal shelter. She was apparently very well behaved and upfront with her mom. At the beginning of summer, rumors started going around that she was having sex with multiple boys in the locker room at school. She told her mom that it was just a girl at school who made up things to start drama. We all believed it. So it all happened when we were all over at their house for the evening having a small bbq when her daughter had a seizure, something she's never had before. I stayed with the babies while she took her to the ER. It took 7 hours, and she left her phone at home. She returned without her daughter. You could see the shock on her face. At the hospital, her daughter tested positive for weed, meth, and ecstasy. She also tested positive for chlamydia. Her mom took her phone and found out that she was sleeping with multiple high school boys, and that the rumor was true.

She has put her daughter in a mental health facility until she decides what to do.

I feel like something happened to her. After I was sexually assaulted as a teenager, I spiraled into drugs and promiscuity, while covering it all up. I haven't said anything about my suspicions because I don't want to overstep. But what do you guys think? My friend is really needing some advice because she's lost
