pregnant?

okay so. i’m new at TTC so basically i’m just going to list all of my symptoms and id like some feedback☺️ my bf & i had sex every fertile day and on my ovulation day. i am now 10dpo, with insanely sensitive/sore/swollen breasts. i’ve never felt a pain like this before with pms. they also have some very visible blue veins which isn’t normal for me (the veins go up my chest as well), my nipples are also very red. i’ve been way moodier than usual, mostly cranky. i just want to eat everything in sight. i’m also having a lot of thick creamy CM. backaches and cramps have also been coming and going. and last thing, i had a few drinks with a couple friends last night and i was felt very spinny and woozy after just 1 drink which is not normal for me... I took a clear blue test on 7dpo and it was negative (i know it’s way too early though). has anyone else ever had these symptoms?
