Are these bumps STDs!!😟

On the weekend of the fourth I got really drunk and ended up sleeping with my friend, which I knew for a couple of years now and I she would tell me if she did have something. I’m not sure if it’s an std or from shaving when I was drunk. I did go somewhere and took a urine sample to get tested and I’m currently waiting on those results, however they did not check down there when I told them I had these bumps. I scheduled an appointment to get it looked at from a different place. In the meanwhile I was wondering what your thoughts are on this.
