Weird thing... Please help

I am most likely paranoid but I take the pill but this month I’ve been so rubbish with taking it because I’ve been on holiday for two weeks and I keep taking it at weird times but I am still having unprotected sex with my fiancé. (I know I know I shouldn’t) but anyway, my period comes around yesterday and I was in like a lot of pain and all of a sudden this thing came out and

I could just be super paranoid and it could just be a big clot but it was huge if you look at it compared to the size of my nail and I was in a lot of pain like passing it... Could someone please help and maybe ease my mind? Thank you ✨
