Help I’m tweaking out

Okay so I haven’t had any vaginal sex this month, I only had anal once but we used a condom and there wasn’t any cum. I’m very sure nothing else besides that happened that would cause pregnancy. So lmk why I’m freaking myself out right now and getting bad anxiety for no reason.
