20 day period ?

Hey guys so I’m currently on day 20 of a period. Do y’all think it’s normal? And actually this is my second period a had a mini period at the end of June like 2 days very light and short actually I was just spotting than a couples days later I started a heavy period and I’m still on have to use tampon and pad or I will bleed on my panties. Went to the doctor and all they did was to check that I wasn’t anemic? What should I do? Or what’s going on guys? 😰
