Fracture while pregnant

So this sounds super fake but my dog blacked my eye about 3 months ago. I’m 5 months pregnant. I bent down to put up some laundry and he jumped up and hit right on my brow bone. It still hurts, and like it healed and everything but it still hurts if I touch it too much. So tonight I touched it and realized that it’s swelling again. It’s like a small bump over where he hit. What could wrong ? I don’t think I can get X-rays or anything done but it can’t be good. It’s had more than enough time to heal and not be swelling back.
