My breakfast ..
I’m so proud of myself for making changes in my diet and sticking to it!! My breakfast is something I prepared last night (overnight oats): almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and rolled oats... let it sit overnight.. this morning I added raisins, pecans , almonds and apples..... I chose this over Starbucks latte and a McDonald’s sausage egg McMuffin ... I threw out all the bad food in my pantry, and re stocked it all with healthier choices... i had a burger last night, with no bun, with sweet potato fries.... and haven’t had soda in a week👏🏼... I’m learning so I can teach Adrian about healthy food choices....



Has anyone tried overnight oats? Any suggestions on quick and easy healthy meals ?? Smoothies? I want to learn as much as I can!!!
