Gestational Sac

Went in to confirm pregnancy . Urin test (at home and doc) both positive but was unable to see the gestational sac.. had 2 bloods works done. First hcg 499 second was 48hrs later and came back 1070. Going to appt today to see if able to see the sac.. So nervous. Anyone go through something similar?
