Should I just call

So I have had the same pain for the past 4 day.i don't want to do anything because then I cant handle it. Last night at around 3 in the morning my husband woke me up because I was sweating and I was pail.but it was only after he woke me up did I feel the pain in my back my stomach my lady bits when I sat up I couldn't breathe. L&D always just tell me to take tylenol and a warm bath. I am half tempted to call my dr and ask her if I am not already in labor to just induce me. This hurts so bad and I dont think i can keep going. Now I feel like a bad mom because now I dont think i can make it to 40 weeks and i am trying so hard i am only 37 week. But every thing I do just hurts. My body is yelling at me. Every time my son moves it hurts. I dont know what to do😭😭😭😭😭😭
