Baby Mattress?

Anyone have memory foam? Pros/cons? My child still isn’t sleeping well....at all... he tosses and turns a good bit and only sleeps in his crib long enough for me to walk out of the room and he’s awake again...even if he’s sound asleep. Just trying to see if it may be the mattress? I desperate at this point lol

And from what I’ve been reading, the memory foam ones I’ve looked at meet all safety guidelines, because I’m definitely a worrier anyways lol
