Nesting Cleaning Help?

Where would you go to find someone who would help you deep clean certain parts of your house while you're too pregnant to do them?

Not things like dishes, but like, vacuuming under the bed, vacuuming out the bathroom ceiling fan, scrubbing the top of the fridge, getting cooties out of appliance cabinets, mopping under and behind the fridge, getting under the bed, etc.

I'm irritated that I can't do a lot of this, safely, by myself. Can't decide if i need to just give someone a list, or if i need to hang out and help someone work (happy to do this). Don't know where to start looking for this magician. Any bright ideas?
