Tight stomach - No Pain

Okay so I’m 36 weeks 2 days.

My baby has always been active in the evenings when I am sitting or laying down. Last night it felt like she was balling herself up and pushing out so my stomach was super hard and tight. It’s happening again tonight, it’s uncomfortable because she is moving and pushing but it honestly doesn’t hurt.

Is this just her moving around or is it something else? FTM here and I am clueless!

Everyone tells me that BH make your belly feel tight and feel like period cramps but that real contractions will make me cry and i will “just know”.
