IUI to IVF Process and timeline?

Hi I’m on my 3rd IUI Cycle and moving on to IVF after. I’m just wondering what is the timeline process like for an IVF cycle? Do you still have to go through more test if you’re coming from IUI to IVF? How long does it take and what are the steps? I’ve read online and doctor had explained. But I’m just wondering what everyone else is experiencing. Please share, thanks so much! Baby dust to all!

My third IUI failed and I went and saw my RE straight after on cycle day 2. 
As planned if #3 failed, we decided to go straight to IVF.
Got all my meds prescribed that day and collected them. 
Blood test the next morning and confirmed to go.
Started stimming that day, 5 Feb, triggered 13 days later 19 Feb, Egg retrieval 20 Feb, fresh transfer 25 Feb, positive beta 8 March.

I just got my bfn after third iui. I start birth control for Ivf once my period starts, so the turnaround is quick at my clinic!

I did 3 IUIs but 4 cycles with my RE before IVF. I had already had an HSG (assuming you have as well) prior to. 
My dr. Wanted a month off meds so that cycle we did my SHG and blood work. 
My protocol doesn't involve birth control. So, my period interfered with vacation. My IVF cycle was pushed back a month. So my second cycle involves injections class, protocol review, and ordering all of my medicine. 
On CD2 I go for an ultrasound and bloodwork. I will start stimulation injections on CD3 with monitoring throughout. Stims last, on average, 10 days. After stims, I go for retrieval. Then, hoping that we have some embryos make it to day 3 or 5, we will do a fresh transfer if my blood work allows for it. If not, we will freeze them and go back when my bloods normalize. 
IVF depends on so many things. If I'm able to do a fresh transfer then from day 1 of stims to transfer day is about 3 weeks, plus the time to determine whether pregnancy was achieved. Or, I could have to wait an addition month of few for my levels to normalize. And, bear in mind, this is all under the assumption I have any eggs to transfer to begin with.

I did iui last August and had my retrieval end of September! It was a super fast turn around once I got my period after my failed iui. My clinic was prepared that that was the next step so they were on top of ordering meds and scheduling stuff with my insurance company. 
We did pgs testing and a frozen transfer in novmeber (failed) and another in January (successful).

We did 3 failed IUI’s then moved into IVF. I started stims on February 2nd and had my FET on 4/16. No birth control was used in my plan as some others have. I did do PGS testing. We are currently 17 weeks preggo! Good luck! 🍀

We chose to skip IUI.
5/24: cd1
7/19: frozen transfer
After starting stim meds, went in 4 times for checkup before retrieval (Not including baseline)
7/12: lining check for FET
