Am I in anyway wrong?

Question

So my cars in the shop and I told my boyfriend for a week. Even reminded him the day of that he needed to pick me up at 6. 
Well he forgot to pick me up. He says he fell asleep. I had to call my sister and wait 30 min. 
Halfway home he calls and Ignore it and he says hes on his way. Well I pull up and after being an hour late he hasn’t even left he’s walking his dog. Ok cool. 
I walk inside and he comes in. I asked him nicely to just leave me alone for a bit. He stormed out of the house saying my attitude was stupid and didn’t come home until about 11:30 that night. 
Am I wrong for being so upset I asked him to do one thing? Picking his pregnant girlfriend up?

He sounds irresponsible, immature, and it rubs me the wrong way that he genuinely doesn’t care.
Imagine if you two had a kid and your kid played sports. Imagine if one day you had work or you were busy with something else and he was responsible for picking your kid up from practice. Watch your boyfriend “forget” and leave the kid somewhat stranded because he doesn’t know how to set a mental alarm clock AND when he finally decides to get up he takes his time to go pick them up. Unacceptable.
If he’s one of those people who can’t wake himself up out of his sleep, he needs to learn how to set an alarm. Smh

I don’t think you’re wrong at all. If he is a forgetful person, I guess I’d always give him a last minute reminder to hopefully avoid another moment like this, but I 100% agree that you shouldn’t have to. I’d be pissed that he wasn’t even coming after he remembered, and I’d have a hard time getting over his shitty attitude afterwards. I can’t stand when people deflect the main issue in an argument because they feel upset that someone is mad that they made a mistake.

You’re not. My best friend’s been blocked for the same reason for like a month now. He had the audacity to text me saying “ hope you never pick up my calls from now on “ after he had me outside my job for an hour waiting on him. I hate depending on people

I'd be mad. That's just irresponsible and not caring of him. It's not that difficult to remember you promised someone something important, and then make sure youre available to do it (aka, don't fall asleep) It's really not hard. And then for him to act like he didn't do anything wrong and you're the one who's in the wrong and storm out for hours. Nooooope I'd be pissed
