Early labor signs??

34w2d and have been having flu like symptoms the past 2 days (nausea and diarrhea) lots of Braxton Hicks, cramping and lower back pain/pressure.. need advice!

Try and keep really well hydrated. Lots of water and rest. My BH got worse when I was dry x

Like another said stay very hydrated, however I would contact your dr and inform them... they will probably have you come in and be evaluated for a while and if it continues discuss steroid shots for baby’s lung development
