How far along are you? I had this happen too for a few weeks before I gave birth and my mucus plug never fell out, I think it just gradually disintegrated over time. My water never broke either, I guess that was slowly leaking for a while too and I never knew!! I also had an ultrasound the day before I went into labor and the tech didn’t notice anything alarming, said my fluid levels were fine...so strange.
