Braxton Hicks help...

I’m 26.4 weeks prego and last night combined with heartburn (lucky me!) i had my first experience of Braxton Hicks. Just looking for any advice... does this now mean I’ll get it regularly or can it be a one off? Other than moving positions and lying down etc is there anything else to do to help?

It took me by surprise! Was only three times but I have zero pain tolerance. It’s going to be a bumpy ride 😂😂
