Hi my name is Alma and I’m new here I just recently found out about this app. I’m posting cause I wanted to know if depression is part of your period I’m 23 and I’ve never felt this horrible and depressed being on my period 😔 idk if it has to do about my my passing is been a month but I feel so lost 💔 any tip and suggestions will help
