Any suggestions??

I'm 38 weeks and the last 3 days I have had an awful belly ache on and off. I feel so uncomfortable and my stomach will start feeling tight. My lower back has also been achy on n off. Did anyone else experience this towards the end. I was 2cm dilated at 36 weeks and my doctor refuses to check me my last 2 appts even though I have been having contractions for 2 weeks was even having them at my appt yesterday. Any suggestions?
