Anybody else able to squeeze white stuff from nipple?

Question

Anybody else able to squeeze white stuff from nipple? Its like a thick white paste? My nipped are not unhealthy and ive never had any problems but ive always been able to do this? 
Is this healthy?
Im 20 and definitely not pregnant and never was.

UPDATE; my doc said it was normal. I didn’t show her but i mentioned it while she was doing a breast exam.

If you’re not pregnant and have never breastfed, it’s not normal!
It is a sign of a hormone imbalance or breast cancer and you need to see your doctor!

Do you or have you had your nipples pierced? I get this from my piercing holes every so often.

I’m 16 and I get this white milky stuff from my nipples I’m definitely not pregnant but I’m on birth control and it started after I got on it

one of my nipples does this & its from a cyst inside my milk duct. nipple discharge can be a sign of breast cancer though 😖

From your post and comments I’m going to say this should be brought up to your doctor sooner than later.

Yeah! I think it’s just a buildup of dead skin cells. I wouldn’t worry about it
