Glucose test

So I failed my 1 hr test on Tuesday and I had to come back to take the 3 hr one today. I just drank this flat Sprite tasting drink, which was absolutely disgusting. I am already nauseous and dizzy from all the sugar 🤮. Only 2.5 hours to go 😫. I felt horrible after drinking the 50mg drink Tuesday and I am sure I will be miserable the rest of the day after the 100mg drink. Does anybody know how to alleviate the side effects a little?

I passed my 3 hour test with flying colors. All 4 results were below 140. So I have no clue how I failed the 1 hr test with half the glucose 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I am going to have a piece of cake now 😂.
