Is this a sign ?

I’ve been trying to get pregnant for awhile and it’s really hard for me as i have pcos. But idk what’s going on with me right now. I’m extremely tired, my body hurts, and when i went pee just now i saw this. I had a dream last night too that i should take a test and it’s gonna be positive. Sounds weird but my mom always had dreams of her kids and i had dreams of my brothers before they were born. Should i take a test should i wait ? I have no set date for my period but my last period was May 21st- June 14th. I threw up this morning, not much mostly liquid as i didn’t eat yet. But it just came out. Couldn’t help it. My boyfriend thinks i am but i really don’t want to get my hopes up for no reason. What do you guys think ?
