How long were you in early labor?

My lower back has been aching off and on about every 20-30 minutes, sometimes a little longer, for 4-5 hours now. I’m really hoping this is the start of something! Had a membrane sweep done Tuesday morning and lost my mucus plug in pieces yesterday.

I'm in the same exact situation! I had sweep done Tuesday morning. Lost bits of my plug yesterday with a little bloody show.. and I've been having slight contractions all day just nothing strong enough to send me to L&D. But also wasnt sure when I should start timing them..

Same story here! Sweep yesterday and lost mucus plug today but no strong contractions yet. ☹️

Mine started three days before full blown labor. The day and night of my sweep and then on and off the next day and night. Then nothing the day after but that morning after had full blown contractions just start up out of nowhere!

12 hours for me I woke up with contractions that were tolerable but definitely happening. They stopped around noon came back around 3pm and were about 10-30min apart went to bed at 12am woke up at 1am with stabbing pain that’s when I knew it was the real deal. Got to the hospital I was a 4cm in an hour I was a 6cm got an epidural and had an amazing labor, no pain and 3 minutes of pushing!

Started when I woke up for work at 6 in the morning , went to work. Around 10am my “contractions” were getting closer to 5 mins. They weren’t bad at that point yet. Went to hospital, was at 3cm they sent me home. Was home for less than an hour and the pain became pretty uncomfortable. Went back, got there around 1, I was at a 4. They put me in the bath, to see if that would help, was in there for 30 mins. I went to 7cm when I got out. Got my epidural and was monitored every hour. Moved to an 8 the next hour, by then, my water still didn’t break. So they broke it for me. After that, the nurses did all kinds of things to help push things along, moved me to different sides, put a blow up ball under my legs, trying to help stretch out my pelvis. Around 230am I was pushing at every contraction. 2.5 hours later at 508am. My little monkey was born. Long 24 hours. But all worth it. 🥰

I had the same all last night, then it died down during the day today and now it’s coming back 🤦🏻‍♀️
