Back pain and mucus discharge?

I'm 29+3 and today since around 2pm I've had some mid/lower back pain. Nothing to intense but it made me uncomfortable enough that I took some Tylenol. It eases up for a little while and I was able to take a nap.

Once I woke up the pain had returned. I got up to go pee and when I wiped there was a good amount of clear mucusy discharge. I actually had to wipe a couple times to get it all.

Is this normal??
