One sided implantation?

I found out that I’m pregnant and I’ve been tracking ovulation. I know when I ovulated and I’m pretty sure that I had implantation on Monday but it was some cramps on my right side. I’m just curious if that’s normal or a sign of an ectopic? I haven’t had any bleeding and i haven’t had anymore one sided pains either. I have also had cysts on my right ovary before as well Thank you for any insight or replied! Nervous first time pregnancy jitters! Btw I’m 12 dpo and went to the doctor today to confirm with another pregnancy test which was positive.
