Strict parents

So I got this off the shoulder shirt that just above my butt but I know my dad won’t let me wear it because he will say it is “too revealing”. My mom doesn’t agree with this but she won’t say anything to him because it will cause a whole fight. He never lets me wear stuff that I want and I never even try to wear something revealing. I wear things that are normal and what a kid my age is actually supposed to wear but he gets mad if my shirt isn’t long enough to cover my butt. I don’t know what to do and I really need help. Any advice???
