Water leaking?

I have had a lot of wetness in my panties today. Nothing crazy. But when I peed earlier, the pee was clear and it had little white flecks of something, like particles, floating in it. I don’t have a UTI or anything, and I read white particles could mean water leaking and now I’m freaking out. I’m 30 weeks, but literally something comes out of me every time I move, feels like just a little bit of discharge but it’s clear liquid. 😩
