Ladies, midwife or OBGYN?

Question

So I live in a small town where I have one hospital, one obgyn office, and one midwifery. I'm not too enthused with the obgyn office so far and I've always wanted to have a natural birth. I'm afraid that I'll end up in the hospital anyway though! I can't decide on what I want to do... The other option is going to an obgyn by my work (45 minutes away) but I'm not sure I want to try a 45 minutes drive to deliver. Do help!

Midwifes are fantastic! Here almost all deliveries are with a midwifes, at the hospital, birthing centers or if you want a home birth. Unless it's multiples, baby is breech, or something special like you need a C-section, then it's both midwifes and an obgyn.

Midwife all the way for me.. I loved my experience with midwife care and my older children. Unfortunately due to 3 miscarriages the past year I'm stuck with obgyn with this pregnancy
