How do you stop loving someone that you were with for 6 years and then just decided to break up with you ?

I never did.  I was with him 7 years and left cause I thought it was the right thing to do.  My mistake.  I never ever stopped loving him, though the days got easier.  3 years later we got back together and are expecting our second child, first girl!  You never know where life will lead you.  One day at a time is all it takes

It’s a long journey and you should stay strong to end it. First remember : do not get involve in a new relationship at least until you are okay and happy enough. You should think deeply about would it be better for me to sit and cry or to move on with my life? I mean you should first decide and make your decision about everything. Try to spend your time more with your girl friends but again : DO NOT BEFRIEND OR HAVE SEX WITH A GUY UNTILL YOU ARE HEALTHY AGAIN! If you can , go on a vacation with your best friends, do not check his social medias and accept that he is not in your life anymore.he lost you and if you did’nt deserve this, try hard to get over him and never ever let him back because when someone left you, he will do that again because he learned the way of leaving,except if you did a mistake and make him sad like cheating, lying or ... If you have any other question, youre welcome to ask .
