FTM here. My son is 2 weeks old and is exclusively breastfed so far. I go back to work part time in 5 weeks and I want to have a good stockpile of breast milk in the freezer for the family who will be watching him. My husband also wants to be able to help with night feedings on the weekends too. I’ve read and been told to introduce a bottle between 3-4 weeks old and to have my husband do it so he doesn’t smell me and refuse the bottle. So my question is, when do I start pumping and how often and how much? I don’t want to end up with engorgement again 🥴 so I don’t want to increase my supply too much. Help me out here ladies!
