36 weeks possible induction

Went in this morning for a regular prenatal check up & ended up having pretty high BP (160/94). My dr. sent me over to labor & delivery to have my BP and baby monitored over a few hours time. After about 2 hours it started going down a bit with the lowest being 140/80 so they sent me home. My dr. came and talked to me before I left telling me I need to come in twice a week now for appts. and that if my BP spikes again that more than likely I will he brought back over to the hospital to have baby. He didn’t say anything about a C section or induction he just said we’d be having baby. I am really hoping for a natural delivery, has anybody had any similar experiences? This is my first & am getting extremely nervous about everything.
