Why did my life end up like this ? 😔

Hello ladies , I’m going to stay anonymous for several reasons , but I’m currently going through so much in my life right now . I’m just so unhappy ... About 1 month ago I went into the emergency due to having very serious stomach pains and turns out I had a cyst on my right ovary . My pain comes and goes , but I followed up with my doctor so now I have a few appointments to go to . I’ve went to my first appointment and they drew blood from me and sent me home . Today I had my second appointment which was a pelvic exam and ultrasound . Ok so now let’s go back to the day I was in the emergency . I told my significant other that I just needed to stay hydrated that my kidneys were dehydrated

that’s all the doctors told me . After a week of not telling him the truth I finally came clean and told him about the ovarian cyst and he was totally understanding . He hugged me and told me he was going to be here and it was all going to be ok . Fast forward back to today ... I had my appointment at 12pm today and his mom asked me if I could take care of her younger children so I said yes but let them know about my appointment today . He said it was ok he would meet me at my apartment at 11:30 so I can leave while he watches them . 11:30 came and he texted me , take them to my friends house I can’t pick them up . Or bring them to me at my work . I literally have 30 minutes to get these kids up dressed and fed and still make it to my appointment by 12 . I get to him and he’s pissed !! (Who knows why) so he kills my mood and I leave and make it to my appointment on time . Thank GOD . I finished within 30 minutes and these are the text messages I received after I told him I was finished .

I’m tired!!! I cried and cried my eyes out and now I just feel so stuck ....
