Natural sperm

My SO and i want to have a baby, he have low sperm count. The doctor didn’t suggest anything but to just keep trying. We have sex probably almost every other night, I brought the sperm count boost and fertiaid pills but my SO say they make him sick. What are some things y’all did or take to get the sperm count high? Before IVF and IUI i want to see if we can get his sperm to boost natural..
