Any advice ?

Hey all 
Just wondering if anyone had any amazing advice on TTC we have been TTC for 6 months and hit a bit of a wall this month. Just feeling down in the dumps etc and wanted to know if any one can recommend any tips and tricks or supplements on TTC 
I was on the depo before trying to conceive been off that over a year tho now.

Husband and I have been TTC for 13 months this month. My advice for you is to take your time. I know how aggravating it is, I know how badly it hurts, but I’ve came to realize it’s not going to happen when we want it to, it’s going to happen when it’s meant to happen. No matter what we do, what sex positions we try, what medications we try, etc etc etc, it is not going to make a difference in the timing. I pray you get you BFP soon. Make BD fun, and enjoy it! This month we’ve quit ‘trying’ as hard, and tbh, it’s been the best sex we’ve ever had! Good luck dear 💜

Hi, I was on the depo as well, I had my last shot in nov 2017 and have been trying ever since.
We were going to start ttc earlier, but we had a move coming up and we wanted to be sure I wouldn't be pregnant.. This sounds so stupid now 😂
I first had my period july 2018 so officially I guess we're only trying since july 2018.
Since we did a lot of effort the last few months we will have ourselves checked medically. 
Just in case, to be sure nothing is holding us back.
