Can you miscarry at 3weeks but no bleeding yet?

I was taking clomiphene citrate. I got a vfl on 7dpo a bit darker the next day. Loads of symptoms bloated,constipated,cramps,backaches,nausea,sore boobs and increased cm. On midday of 8dpo I had a really really long walk. Had a bad cramps that night (8dpo) and the cramp is like a cramp that I feel every time I get my period. So I’m guessing the egg didn’t implant properly. And I tested 8dpo night and it was then negative. Tested again on 9dpo morning and still negative. Had cp last month.
