Tube blockage

For starters, I have a regular 28 day average cycle, but give or take a couple of days. My SO and I have been TTC since October 2017. My OBGYN did a full pap and the only thing that came up was that I had HPV and also was diagnosed with CIN II cervical dysplasia. Got it taken care of and I’m good to go. My OBGYN said that he wanted my SO to get a semen analysis and if that comes up fine then he will send me for an X-ray of my tubes to make sure there is no blockage. Well, my SO has yet to do the semen analysis (I think he’s afraid to find out) and I’m just wondering, what are the chances of my tubes being blocked if I have no signs/symptoms of blockage? Other than the undeniable fact that we haven’t been able to get pregnant.
