Need help peeing the bed after loss of my son at 21 weeks 4 days

Please help me I’m getting so upset about this little issue I’m having. I was fine I mean we lost our son on June 30th so it had been a while and I figured since I didn’t have any issues before I was good that was until one morning around 4am I got up cause I reallly had to pee so I ran to the bathroom it while I was peeing I saw that my underwear was completely soaked I was humiliated. I just thought it was a weird fluke incident or that it was because I had been sleeping reallly hard anyways I forgot about it thinking it was a 1 time thing till today when I took a nap on the couch and the same thing happened to me again!!! I was so upset about it and I’m now horrified somethings wrong with me. I heard of women peeing themselves after giving birth but I was only almost 22 weeks and my precious baby boy was only 14oz when he was born sleeping can anyone give me any Insight on it
