Does anyone know what to do for bad razor bumps? I've tried going 2 weeks or so without shaving and then trying and it's still just as bad. I use shaving cream for sensitive skin, brand new razors and scent-free lotions yet my skin still gets irritated

I have this problem too. Here's my routine: I soak in the very warm bath for about 10 mins, exfoliate gently with exfoliating soap, (I like Dove) I'll leave the soap on when it's foamy, add shaving cream, use a 5 blade razor, (usually mens razor section has this) then shave against the grain gently. I'll go and rub a tiny bit of shaving cream over the shaved spots for moisture.
After both legs are done, I rinse with cold water to close my pores, then gently pat dry. Then I'll use body cream or super moisturizing lotion, rubbed in fully. Use lotion every time you shower or bathe, not just after a shave. 
It's a lot of work but that's the ONLY thing that has worked for me! If my legs still get irritated, I put a thin layer of a clay mask on the irritated spots and gently clean off. Bam! All gone!

I have recently bought aloe vera gel and its amazing! I used it for razor bumps, light sunburn, allergic rash! And its great as a hydrating face mask! Its Equilibra brand, but I live in Europe. Try to pick gel wit the highest concentration of pure aloe (mine has 98%).

Have you tried using just soap and water? I can't use even sensitive skin shave cream, It breaks me out

What type of razors are you using? Have you tried not shaving against the grain and making sure your legs are really wet before you put the shaving cream on?
