PID again!

Okay so I went to the Er a couple mothers ago because I was having really bad lower stomach pain they did blood test, ultrasounds, they told me that I had to take a std test and they did the clamps thing. The dr then told me that I had PTI and they gave me a shot and medicine my test came back for the stds negative.

A couple days ago I started to feel a slight pain in the same place and my dr office pretty much told me to go to the Er but I don’t know if it is from another PID or if it’s something else. My dr also didn’t tell me that it can cause me to be infertile! Nor did he tell me that my sexual partner should have been treated! So could I have it again??! Kinda freaking out because I don’t wanna go to the Er and go through that again but I also don’t know if it’s really PID again or just me being paranoid. Any advice or suggestions??
