I feel like something’s going on with my husband

I think I’m a pretty intuitive person. Sometimes I wish I wasn’t so smart. Ignorance is bliss but I’m me so I’m suspicious. So my husband was showing me something on his phone and some number texted him that wasn’t a saved number, also I saw the same number come up on the apple CarPlay screen in his car. That’s sketchy to me. I’ve been trying to ignore it and trust him. Then today he said he had to run to the store, I wanted to get out of the house so I said can I come with you? He said well I’m just going to run there and run back. Weird. What do you guys think? I’m I right to do suspicious or should I just trust him. He’s never done anything to make me not so these things are not the norm. I feel like it’s either drugs or he’s cheating on me. Either way, I should prob just talk to him about it. I’m 8 months pregnant so I’m trying not to get myself all worked up. How should I approach this?
