Rough Breakup

So I’m 18 and just had my first love and heartbreak. Together for 7 months. Gave this guy everything and supported him through his very hard times. He grew distant, I felt like my needs weren’t being met and would address it multiple times as polite as possible but nothing changed. He ended things with me about 3 weeks ago (via text!!!!) because he wasn’t happy anymore and wanted to focus on himself...

Then said he would talk to me later. Haven’t heard from him at all. He actually moved states 6 days after the breakup without a word. And today he removed me from his Snapchat.

Any advice on healing and moving forward would be appreciated, i am just absolutely gutted
