Do you guys celebrate every month or year with your SO?

With my last ex’s we’ve always did something every month that was our anniversary, so I got used to it. But with my current relationship he doesn’t really do or say anything each month, only each year, we’re turn 4 years next month. So I told him are we doing anything today for our anniversary and he said it’s just another month, our anniversary is next month. I guess I just got used to it since I would do it wit my ex’s. My sister says she doesn’t care for the months either. What are y’all opinions?
