Ever since we put our little one in a consistent sced it’s been a lot better for us
We do bath time at 630p
Bottle at 7p
Lay him down in his pack n play at 730p and he’s out like a light by 8p. Doesn’t wake up until around 5a for a bottle and then we head to daycare

Usually 9-10h straight (5/6pm-2/3am), then a 3h nap and at 5/6 am his is ready to start the day.

try consistent feedings throughout the day (i do every 3 hours) and letting them go as long as they can at night to help them learn days and nights. i’ve done this ever since my daughter was born and she’s been sleeping 8 hours since 10 weeks and 10-11 hours since 16 weeks

We’ve gotten 11-12 hours solid for the past 10 days or so. During the sleep regression, we were back to 2 night wakings.

Usually we get a 6-7 hour stretch before she wakes for a feed then she sleeps another 3-4 hours. The past week she has been up every 2-4 due to teething. Two teeth finally broke through so I'm hoping we get back on track.

The past two weeks have been rough for us, waking every 2-4 hours. Suddenly tonight, we’re going on 6 hours of sleep and she hasn’t woken up yet. Must’ve been a sleep regression or a leap of some sort. I’m not gonna get too excited though, as this might not last lol but I’m happy right now! Lol
