Cycle day 1 ane AF arrived and BFN

Has anyone got any tips for me ? I’ve had two chemical pregnancy and this is 3rd cycle trying for baby #2.I have a 3 year old and was previously diagnosed before him with PCOS but it cleared up when I had him.
